Return and Shipping Policies

Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction as a patron is guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 3 days of receipt, for a refund, exchange or credit. We ask that your return be shipped back in the original packing materials and container provided by the artist. Returns must be insured for their full value with the USPS or UPS. The cost of returning unwanted purchases is the customers responsibility.

After we receive your return, we will credit your credit card or issue you a check for the price of the item purchased. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom made orders or for orders shipped outside of the United States. Shipping costs will not be refunded except in the case of damage.

Artwork Damaged in Transit
If your package is damaged, or uponng it you find the artwork damaged, call us immediately at 970 871-9406. Please do not throw away the packaging materials. When you call us, we will discuss a replacement (where avaialable), refund or credit.

Shipping and Handling
Shipping charges are handled in one of three ways. Some items include shipping, some items add a 15% shipping and handling fee, and some items (such as heavy furniture, etc..) shipping costs are determined on a case by case basis.

Since each piece is shipped to you directly from the artist, delivery times and shipping costs vary. Generally, you can expect to receive an item (other than custom made items) within two weeks of ordering it. Some items, depending on size and availability, may be recieved sooner.

Canceling or Changing your Mind
If you want to cancel or change your order, e-mail us at sales or call us at 970 871-9406. If your order has already been shipped, you may simply return it to us.

Purchases From Outside the United States
We are more than happy to take purchases from outside the United States. We do not accept returns on purchases that shipped to a location outside the United States.
